In this step, the agency and the intended parents have their first contact (via video call or email). They discuss individual needs and design a personalized plan. If appropriate, the contract with the agency is signed to formally begin the process.

Necessary medical examinations are conducted to ensure the health and viability of the treatment. On the legal side, requirements are reviewed to ensure the process complies with current regulations. At the end of this stage, you will have the confidence that everything is in order to proceed.

The agency recruits and evaluates potential candidates, seeking the best combination of medical and emotional profiles. Once the suitable person is found, the match is formalized, and the corresponding legal procedures begin.

If you do not have embryos, the agency coordinates their creation at the fertility clinic. If you already have them, they are reviewed and prepared for transfer. All of this is carried out with the support of specialized professionals.

A legal process is initiated to obtain a resolution that legally protects the process, ensuring the rights of the intended parents. Once a favorable judgment is obtained, the contract with the surrogate is signed to formalize all conditions.

After contract signing and with legal consent in place, the embryo transfer is performed. Upon confirmation of pregnancy, the agency coordinates medical follow-ups and provides comprehensive support throughout the gestation, ensuring the health of both the surrogate and the future baby.
